John Mohring (born August 31, 1984 in Naples, Florida) is a professional Canadian football linebacker for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Alabama Steeldogs in 2007. He played college football for the Georgia Southern Eagles.
Mohring has also been a member of the Orlando Predators, Grand Rapids Rampage and Bloomington Extreme.
